Taste: citrus, bitter, minty, tangy
Health Benefits:
Helps prevent the growth of some bacteria and yeast, relieve pain and swelling, reduce fever, improve levels of sugar and cholesterol in the blood, stimulate the uterus and menstrual flow, and have antioxidant properties.

White Turmeric Leaves
Taste: bitter, mint
Health Benefits:
It helps to boost digestion, alleviate bloating and gas problems, also keeps your skin smooth and soft.

Sand Ginger Leaf
Taste: peppery, aromatic
Health Benefits:
Has 40 antioxidants that protect skin from aging and minimise damage caused by free radicals and other toxins. It also has anti-inflammatory phytonutrients, which helps reduce inflammation in the body.

Lemon Borage
Taste: citrus, bitter
Health Benefits:
The leaves are best known to treat coughs and sore throats as it is high in Vitamin A, C and Omega-6.

Curry Leaves
Taste: citrus, aromatic
Health Benefits:
It has Vitamin A, B, B2, C, iron and calcium. Known for anti-flammatory, antimicrobial and anti-cancer properties. It stimulates digestive enzymes and lower blood glucose levels, as well as help to keep skin and hair healthy.

Thai Basil Leaves
Taste: tangy, mild licorices, aromatic

High levels of vitamin A, C and K , beta-carotene, magnesium, calcium, iron, and potassium. Known for its beneficial essential oil, which contains eugenol – a natural compound that has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Young Kaffir Lime Leaves
Taste: strong citrus, aromatic
Health Benefits:
It contains some antioxidants, as well as limonene and citronellol, which both contribute to the flavour and fragrance of the leaves and have been shown to have antimicrobial properties.

Pennywort
Taste: bitter, slightly sweet
